Home Discussion Forum › Forum Commands: Subscribing & Unsubscribing
  Subscribing & Unsubscribing | Terms | Digests | Abbreviations

Joining and sending commands to the Forum is easy; just follow the steps below. For any command, send an e-mail to ITETIM@itsware.net with the command in the subject line of the message.  There's no need for text in the body of the message.  Shortly after sending your e-mail, you'll receive an e-mail back, confirming your request.

To Subscribe to the General Forum

Type:  %SUBSCRIBE   in the subject line of your e-mail message to ITETIM@itsware.net. Ensure you send the command from the e-mail address you wish to have subscribed to the list. If you want to subscribe multiple times with from different e-mail addresses, that's entirely fine.

After subscribing, you will get back a brief welcome message, which will include other commands you may need in the future.  The commands are also on this page for your convenience.

To Subscribe to the Digest Forum

Type:  %SUBSCRIBE DIGEST   in the subject line of your e-mail message to ITETIM@itsware.net.  See 'To Join the General Forum' for additional information. In the Digest version of the Forum, instead of getting each e-mail individually, you'll get one combined e-mail after about every 15 e-mails sent to the forum.

To Be Removed From the General Forum

Type:  %UNSUBSCRIBE   in the subject line of your e-mail message to ITETIM@itsware.net. Ensure you send the command from the e-mail address you had subscribed to the list. If you were subscribed to the list from multiple e-mail addresses, you need to unsubscribe each individually.

To Be Removed From the Digest Forum

Type:  %UNSUBSCRIBE DIGEST   in the subject line of your e-mail message to ITETIM@itsware.net.  See 'To Be Removed From the General Forum' for additional information.
